IBM Call Centre in Ballarat apparently have a big setup of ThinClient (about 300 users) for the support of their major contracts, Westpac, Qantas, NAB

And my mate was saying there is any major issues at this stage (he supports them), but I ran out of time to talk to him, so Ill get some more information out of him soon
